VEGENLITE is always looking for organic, sattvic, gluten free, non GMO, vegan, low glycemic recipes. Currently meals from rice, Dal (lentil), vegetables, fruit, grains, and treats are available with an order made the day before. We are open to new methods, and are available for presentations, street fairs, vending online and in stores. We love to collaborate as this is a labor of love. VEGENLITE is Sattvic Vegen Organic food.
Sattvic is without Alliaceous vegetables such as mushrooms, (which have pain memories when picked),
garlic, onion and jalapeno peppers (only should be in small amounts for
medicinal purposes). Sattvic food purifies the subtle energy system
and has been eaten in India and by Yogis as well as others, to maintain optimal nutrition
balanced for spiritual development. Herbs and spices are used which aid in
